Free Jet Orientation Course – Part 3

Get hands-on jet simulator training at no cost. At GTA, Part 3 of our Jet Orientation Course (JOC) offers advanced training designed to boost your confidence, handling, and decision-making in multi-crew jet environments. Perfect for newly licensed pilots preparing for airline entry programs.

What Is a JOC (Jet Orientation Course)?

Who Needs It and Why

The JOC is designed for pilots transitioning from single-pilot aircraft to jet airline operations. It bridges the gap between your CPL/IR and airline simulator assessments, ensuring you’re prepared for the real-world demands of jet flying.

How It Prepares You for Airline Assessments

Airlines expect candidates to demonstrate jet handling, crew coordination, and structured communication. A well-executed JOC program gives you the technical and psychological readiness to pass airline sim checks.

What You’ll Learn in Part 3 of the JOC

Advanced Multi-Crew Coordination

Practice cockpit teamwork, task-sharing, and workload management in complex scenarios—skills every airline recruiter looks for.

Jet Handling in Normal and Abnormal Scenarios

From takeoff to landing, you’ll respond to engine failures, weather deviations, and ATC changes using professional-grade simulators.

Communication and Decision-Making in a Jet Cockpit

Master standard phraseology and real-time decision-making as Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring. This module boosts your confidence under pressure.
