The sessions are led by EASA-certified SFI instructors at GTA’s Indra facilities in Madrid, Spain.
Complete your simulator training with the Licence Skill Test (CA 40 Day/Night & IRPPC) on board the full flight simulator (A320 FFS).
This final exam, conducted by a certified TRE examiner, ensures you are fully prepared for success.
The training includes normal flight operations in a variety of scenarios managed by both pilots, including real-time communications and operations at any airport.

The DGCA India A320 Type Rating courseis normally conducted at our GTA Spain pilot training center in Madrid and at GTA Indonesia in Jakarta. Additionally, we also offer the course at our pilot training center in Colombia.

Below you will find specific questions about A320 Type Rating for DGCA India licence holders.
It includes all the necessary educational materials, as well as a backpack, USB lanyard, and other merchandise. Accommodation and transportation are also included.
To secure a spot in the course, an initial deposit is required. The remaining payment must be made at least 10 days before the course starts. Once the payment is completed, 10 days before the course begins, you will receive access to our e-learning platform and CBT.
It is not mandatory; GTA will find one for you, although the course start date will depend on securing a SIM partner. If you come with a SIM partner, both of you will receive a 250€ discount.
Accommodation is individual.
GTA Madrid: Individual apartment, bathroom, kitchen, living-dining room, 1 bedroom, washing machine. Swimming pool and gym… Airport Suites.
GTA Colombia: Hotel with breakfast included.
GTA Indonesia: Hotel with breakfast included.
GTA Madrid: No, the apartments do not offer catering services. However, there is a wide variety of dining and entertainment options nearby.

Transportation is provided between the airport and the apartment on the first and last days, as well as transportation related to your training during your stay, between the apartment and GTA facilities and vice versa.
The student must provide all required and valid documentation prior to the start of the course. Upon A320 TR Course completion, GTA will handle the preparation of the necessary paperwork for the student to submit to the DGCA India.
