“Choosing Global Training Aviation for my Airbus A320 Type Rating was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I have made for my professional career.
From day one, I found myself in a highly professional learning environment, where the entire team was committed to our development as future airline pilots. The quality of the training exceeded my expectations, and each phase of the course allowed me to gain new knowledge and develop a deeper understanding of Airbus A320 operations.
One of the aspects I value most about my experience at GTA was the level of involvement from the instructors. They all brought extensive operational experience and were always willing to support, guide, and help us with any questions that arose during the training. Their approachable attitude and availability made the learning process much more enriching and motivating.
Throughout the course, we not only learned aircraft systems and procedures, but also the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and decision-making in an operational environment. Every session was designed to prepare us for real-world situations and to help us build the confidence needed for our future careers in an airline.
The simulator sessions were especially valuable. Thanks to the instructors’ guidance and GTA’s training methodology, each exercise became an opportunity to learn, improve, and continue growing professionally. The briefings and debriefings helped us better understand our performance and identify areas for improvement in a constructive and positive way.
Another aspect that made this experience so special was the people at GTA. The entire staff was always kind, supportive, and approachable. As an international student, having that constant support made my adaptation much easier and allowed me to fully focus on my training.
In addition to the quality of the training, I had the opportunity to live in Madrid during this stage of my career. It is an incredible city, full of culture, energy, and amazing places to discover. Being able to combine high-level training with the experience of living in such a vibrant and welcoming city made these months even more memorable.
Today, I am fortunate to be flying as a First Officer at IndiGo, and I am convinced that the training I received at GTA played a key role in preparing me for this challenge. The knowledge, confidence, and skills I gained during my Airbus A320 Type Rating continue to support me in my day-to-day work as a pilot.
