Part 2 of the Free JOC Course at Global Training Aviation (GTA) is where theory meets practice. This is your opportunity to step into the cockpit and gain real-world simulator experience, guided by experienced instructors. Whether you’re transitioning to jets or preparing for your first airline screening, this module is designed to help you develop confidence, cockpit coordination, and critical decision-making skills.
What to Expect in Part 2 of the Free JOC Course
1. Hands-on simulator sessions
Get into a full-motion simulator and execute real jet procedures in high-pressure situations. You’ll work through standard operating procedures (SOPs), handle normal and abnormal scenarios, and improve reaction times in a fully immersive environment.
2. Decision-making and CRM in real scenarios
Our instructors focus on Crew Resource Management (CRM) to build your teamwork, leadership and communication under operational stress. This is one of the most sought-after skills in airline hiring processes.
3. Feedback and evaluation by instructors
Every session ends with a full debrief. You’ll receive direct feedback from our TRI/SFI certified instructors to help you improve your technical and non-technical performance in the flight deck.
