The GTA Madrid headquarters are located on a campus with three buildings:

If my name doesn’t appear in the attendant list, what should I do?
From 09.00 to 18.00 on Monday to Thursday and from 09.00 to 17.00 h on Fridays, as our headquarters are also at the SENASA facilities, you can give us a call to solve the incidence or ask the security staff to phone the office to clarify the situation. GTA office telephone number is +34 913 29 53 17.
At night, weekends or out of working hours, kindly ask the security staff to revise again the lists and indicate which simulator you are attending to. There are several lists and, perhaps, your name could have skipped over the guard’s eyes.
In case your name does not appear in the list due to a last time roster change or to unexpected circumstances (illness, flight delay, etc.) and you weren’t able to confirm with GTA’s staff this change on time, the instructor should inform the guard about this circumstance and notify GTA the change to update it as soon as possible. In that case, security staff usually gives access as an exception.
“I am very grateful to GTA for providing me with the necessary tools and training for my job. Thanks to the entire STAFF and all my instructors.”
