GTA Madrid Campus

GTA Madrid has various locations. However, when it comes to specific Cabin Crew training, we must highlight our Headquarters, where we have our central offices and classrooms for the theoretical part of our courses. Additionally, we have the A320 CEET training center, which includes our A320 evacuation and emergency simulator, fire simulator, and other specialized training equipment. Both facilities are located within the same premises. The GTA-SENASA Training Center is strategically located.

On the other hand, we have the pool where we conduct water survival training. Below, you will find relevant information about both locations.

The GTA Madrid headquarters are located on a campus with two buildings:

  1. Main Offices: This building houses our administrative offices and classrooms where the theoretical part of the training is conducted.
  2. Cabin Crew Training Center: Which includes our A320 evacuation and emergency simulator, fire simulator, and other specialized training equipment.

The campus also features rest areas with vending machines and a food truck with a terrace.

Upon arriving at the GTA-SENASA premises, regardless of your mode of transport or the building you are heading to, you will need to wait for the security team to grant you access. Rest assured, your Key Account Manager will have sent your details to the security booth, and they will let you in and assist you with any questions you may have. If you are arriving by car, we offer free parking. You can see the layout of the premises on the following map.

If my name doesn’t appear in the attendant list, what should I do?

From 09.00 to 18.00 on Monday to Thursday and from 09.00 to 17.00 h on Fridays, as our headquarters are also at the SENASA facilities, you can give us a call to solve the incidence or ask the security staff to phone the office to clarify the situation. GTA office telephone number is +34 913 29 53 17.

At night, weekends or out of working hours, kindly ask the security staff to revise again the lists and indicate which simulator you are attending to. There are several lists and, perhaps, your name could have skipped over the guard’s eyes.

In case your name does not appear in the list due to a last time roster change or to unexpected circumstances (illness, flight delay, etc.) and you weren’t able to confirm with GTA’s staff this change on time, the instructor should inform the guard about this circumstance and notify GTA the change to update it as soon as possible. In that case, security staff usually gives access as an exception.
