Below, we offer you a Welcome Guide where you will find very useful information about arrival at the airport, our facilities, transportation, accommodation, and more. Remember that this is generic information and that your personal Key Account Manager will always be at your disposal before and during your stay at GTA to resolve any questions. Additionally, he will send you all the necessary precise information before you start your training.

01 | Airport

When landing in Jakarta, you have 30 minutes of courtesy for data connection.

  • Once you have collected your check luggage from baggage collection, make your way to the exit (salidas).
  • The driver will be waiting with a placard stating GTA just outside the arrival exit doors.
  • Now it’s time to get to know the hotel and rest before starting your training.

02 | Accommodation

Fika Rooms Aparthotel Tangerang

Fika Rooms Aparthotel Tangerang Jakarta offers convenient and comfortable accommodation for our students. Located just 20 minutes by car from our training center and very close to the airport, it is situated in a strategic area.

The hotel provides all the amenities expected of its category, including individual rooms, Wi-Fi, gym, pool,  and a swimming pool. Additionally, it includes breakfast and transportation for both airport transfers and trips to the training center.

03 | Transport

Training transport included

Remember that transportation is included. This covers both transfers between the airport and the hotel, as well as transportation to our training center.

Although there isn’t much leisure time during training periods, you can always enjoy sightseeing around the city and near the hotel.

In the vicinity of the hotel, you will find a shopping mall and a wide variety of restaurants, where you can enjoy the renowned local cuisine.

Jakarta is a vibrant city that offers iconic sites like the National Monument (Monas), Kota Tua (Old Town), and the Istiqlal Mosque. It is also home to the Thousand Islands, providing beautiful beach escapes just a short trip from the city.

The cultural scene in Jakarta is rich and diverse. Museums such as the National Museum of Indonesia and the Museum MACAN showcase the country’s heritage and contemporary art. The city also hosts traditional Betawi cultural performances, art galleries, and numerous festivals.

From football to basketball and motor racing, Jakarta has everything for sports enthusiasts. The city is home to Persija Jakarta, which plays at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, a must-visit for football fans. The Sentul International Circuit hosts thrilling motor racing events, including the Indonesian motorcycle Grand Prix.

Below you will find specific questions about GTA Indonesia.

Visa Process in Indonesia
  • Arrival: Upon arriving at an international airport or seaport in Indonesia, proceed to the Visa on Arrival counter.
  • Documents: Present your passport, return or onward journey ticket, and the visa fee (USD 35)
  • Payment: Pay the visa fee at the counter
  • Visa Issuance: Receive your visa sticker, which will be placed in your passport
  • Immigration: Proceed through immigration with your visa
  • Validity: The Visa on Arrival is valid for 30 days and can be extended once for an additional 30 days1

It includes all the necessary educational materials, as well as a backpack, USB lanyard, and other merchandise.

Students must submit all required and valid documentation before starting the course. Once the course is completed, GTA will prepare the documentation for the student to submit to the authority.

Jakarta Siaga 112 is a free emergency response service provided by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. It offers rapid assistance for various emergencies, including natural disasters, accidents, and public health crises.
