A320 Full Flight Simulator (32h)

Experience 32 hours of immersive training on an Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator (FFS), certified to Level D, the highest standard available. Every hour of training replicates an actual flight with unmatched realism. Sessions are guided by expert Aerocivil Colombia instructors at GTA Bogota, Colombia.

The Line-Oriented Flight Training (LOFT) is a 2 hour simulator session with a full crew, designed to simulate realistic flight segments that include normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures typically encountered during in-line operations.

In our A320 Type Rating course in Colombia, LOFT training provides you with a comprehensive experience to enhance your decision-making skills, teamwork, and ability to handle complex situations in the cockpit.

To complete your A320 Type Rating in GTA Bogota, you will be required to undergo a 2 hour skill test. This final assessment evaluates your proficiency in operating the Airbus A320 and ensures you meet the high standards required for commercial aviation.

Enrollment requirements​

General requirements for type rating in Colombia:

  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL): You must hold a valid commercial pilot license.

  • Medical Certificate: A valid aeronautical medical certificate is required.

  • English Proficiency: A minimum of ICAO Level 4 English proficiency is necessary.
